During this Women's month, Muumba Collective interacted with Dr. Lilian Mary Nabulime discussing her craft, inspirations, challenges in the industry and how she overcomes them. And a special message to young female artists. 

 From Atukwase: “Our cultural and traditional norms influence our everyday life experiences in different ways. As contemporary visual artist I express my feelings through painting. Using acrylics and recycled objects I create the link between the past and present cultural activities through abstract style.”
